GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: What HubSpot Account do you require?

A: This app is compatible with any HubSpot account, including SalesHub, MarketingHub, and ServiceHub, as well as any subscription level, including Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise.

Q: In HubSpot, where can I find the app?

A: When the app is first installed, it appears in the right-hand menu section under a contact, company, or deal. If you want, you can drag the App upwards on the right-hand menu bar.

Q: How long does it take to generate a response?

A: Depending on the complexity of your prompt, it can take anywhere from 5 to 30 seconds to generate a response. 

Q: Do you store any company information?

A: We do store some limited company information that is collected during the initial installation process, which includes, HubSpot Portal ID, HubSpot Domain, Install User Email, Install User ID, and a Refresh Token. This is the least amount of information we can store while still making sure the integration works as expected.

Q: What is a prompt?

A: A prompt is a question you’re asking ChatGPT, for example: Write an email to {insert name} about benefits of {insert solution}

Q: Do all users on my account count against my limit?

A: Yes, any prompt used from within your HubSpot account will count against your limit, regardless of who the user is.

Q: Where can I access the ChatGPT app inside HubSpot?

A: Currently, the app can only be accessed through a Contact, Company, Ticket, or Deal object. 

Q: How can I see how many prompts I have used?

A: Currently, the number of prompts used is not accessible to our users, but will be added in future updates.

Q: Can the app copy and paste responses into an email automatically?

A: Not at this time, but we will be building out this functionality in future versions.

Q: Why not just use ChatGPT in my browser window?

A: Our app grants you dependable access to ChatGPT’s most advanced data model. You’ll never experience delays or be kicked out due to user capacity. Using ChatGPT in HubSpot allows you to build responses directly into your flow. You can have as many users as you want on one HubSpot ChatGPT App account, so you won’t have to buy separate accounts for each user.

Q: Do we need to share HubSpot/customer data with the ChatGPT app?

A: Our application will track the number of prompts submitted but will not record any of the questions or responses. Data is only saved on the ChatGPT side.

Q: Is this ChatGPT App available via the HubSpot Marketplace?

A: It has been submitted for approval to HubSpot, and once approved, you will be able to access the App directly through the marketplace.

BILLING QUESTIONS

Q: When do my monthly credits reset?

A: Credits reset every 30 days. If you are on the free tier, these will continually reset every 30 days. If you are on a paid plan, credits will also reset every 30 days, but will not be officially reset until payment is submitted.

Q: Do my credits carry over?

A: No, credits do not roll over between subscription periods.
