Residency at obo .
What is the Residency program?
The Residency Program at OBO was developed by our co-founders to help motivated career-changers and new grads break into the exciting world of digital transformation.
This paid, 3-month onboarding period provides the foundation needed for our newly hired coders and project managers to begin a rewarding full-time career with OBO.
Not only do Residents learn how our organization works, but also the necessary skills, context, and implementation for our specialized, demanding projects. The Residency Program provides Residents with a high-level understanding of everything OBO does– from building customer journeys to designing complex technology systems.
One of the most unique features of this program? Residents get to learn what THEY like to do within OBO, which we think is equally important when building our great team. We’re a company that understands that people are not one-dimensional, which is why we give residents the opportunity to explore topics across a broad range of possible career paths within OBO.
OBO Success stories
I grew because of how everyone is willing to help each other and because we all have the same end goal: client satisfaction. I haven’t been full-time for even a year yet, but the amount I have learned even in this amount of time is insane.
Some people might think that they can’t get tech jobs because they didn’t get a computer science degree, but there are vast resources out there that they can use to learn about the tech field. It’s a matter of curiosity and a willingness to learn and to try new things.
Keep on learning and striving to become the best you. Be open to admitting when you’re unsure of something because everyone here at OBO is willing to guide you.
