How to Apply for HubSpot for Nonprofits
Step #1 Find out if your nonprofit is eligible.
In order to qualify for the 40% discount off of HubSpot’s current list prices as set out in their Product and Services Catalog you must:
- Be located and registered as a nonprofit in North America (HubSpot is piloting their Nonprofit program, stay tuned for the rollout in your country or region!)
- Be a new HubSpot customer
- Sign up for an annual term contract (1 year subscription)
- Meet all nonprofit eligibility requirements as outlined here.
- HubSpot for Nonprofit pricing is applicable to net-new Professional or Enterprise Tier HubSpot products. Starter Tier products and any Add-Ons, capacity packs, or limits increases are excluded.
Customers may not apply the nonprofit program pricing to existing products or subscriptions of any level. This offer cannot be coupled with any other discount offer.

Step #3 HubSpot will confirm your eligibility with TechSoup
Once you’ve completed the HubSpot application they will direct you, via an in-app link, over to TechSoup. TechSoup evaluates your potential eligibility based on your nonprofit’s country/regional registration. Application review may take up to 7 days. You will receive an email notifying you if your application has been approved.
While waiting for your application review results you can get started with the free version of HubSpot. Any information and configuration associated with your account will carry over once you are approved.
Step #4 You will be notified ASAP
Once your organization has been approved you will receive an email from HubSpot letting you know about the next steps. You can upgrade your free account at that time and apply the discount or reach out to a sales rep for assistance.
