Residency Program
Our residency program was designed to give opportunity to sharp folks who are looking to dive into OBO! From fresh college graduates to people looking for a career change and beyond. We were tired of seeing entry level jobs asking for 5 years of experience. This paid training program provides guided instruction on all the foundational knowledge needed to be an OBO team member and build a successful career in this industry.
